I treat every computer I receive with care as if it was my own. I completely understand that being without a computer, for most people can be a huge inconvenience. Therefore, I work very hard at having your computer diagnosed, fixed, and returned back to you within 48 hours (most of the time it is 24 hours or less). This is especially true for almost any computer that is infected with viruses, malware, worms, and/or spyware as well as computers with software related issues. Is it a hardware issue? No problem. I stock most computer parts to get a computer up and running again. Of course, this is not always possible depending on the severity of the problem or if I need to order specific parts.

ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE COMPUTER REPAIR FOR HOME CUSTOMERS
My On-Site (In-home) service fee is $35 (within 20 miles of my office) plus $40 per hour. The minimum fee is 1 hour ($40) for a In-home service call, but no fee will be charged if a solution is not provided. Off-Site (in office) support is $40 per hour and I offer a discount for multiple hours. I am proud to provide the most fair and affordable prices in the Muskegon County area.
